On February 21st, 1957, a beautiful daughter was born to Olvera and Arnold Walters(Deceased); her name was Yvonne Edwina Walters. She was born in Virgin Gorda (Britsh Virgin Islands) were she journeyed back and forth with her family to the U.S. Virgin Islands (St.Croix) at the ages of 12-20 to become a United States citizen.

Yvonne attended St. Croix Central High School and graduated in 1974 she also received her Honors Award in Cosmetology, not too long after she attend College at the University of the Virgin Islands where she received her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. Yvonne became an assistant teacher at Pearl B. Larson elementary and later became a 5th grade teacher at Juanita Gardine Elementary which gave her great joy and accomplishment.

Yvonne met Conrad Sr. at her Aunt Adina's Bar & Restaurant where they quickly fell for one another. Yvonne gave birth to three boys, Conrad Jr (CJ), Kareem, and Kevin. Yvonne relocated to florida to make a better life for her sons. She was a devoted, loving, caring, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Yvonne created a warm secure and loving enviroment for her family. Her sons were here greatest pride and joy, she felt blessed that God gave her three beautiful sons.

She enjoyed going for walks around the neighborhood, going to the beach, baking, watching movies, traveling to see new and different places, listening to music, but her all time favorite thing to do was gardening. It was just something about the outside air, the radiant sun, and just being able to water and take care of her plants she enjoyed the most. We would often joke around with her saying that her plants were her extra kids because she gave them so much love and attention.

Yvonne was an amazing soul one on the kindest person you ever wanted to meet. She was very friendly and loving she was the type of person who was always were concerned about others more than herself and the type of person that would give you her last the make someones day a little bit brighter. She was an extremely hard worker, so dedicated on finishing anything that she start no matter what the odds were.

On the afternoon of march 20th, 2020 Yvonne was on her way to the hospital to see her husband Conrad Sr. who was recovering from triple by pass surgery two days before. Driving down a peaceful two lane highway she suddenly lost control of the vehicle and thats when God decided to call her home. She will forever be missed and loved by so many people. Rest In Paradise, you are home with the Father now...
