Wynona B. Larrimore, 89, of Holly Hill, FL passed away peacefully at Halifax Health Hospice Care Center on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015. She was born in Orlando, Florida on January 17, 1926 to William and Shellie (Robertson) Canine.
Wynona was a homemaker and a cashier for several retail stores. She was a lifetime resident and a graduate of Mainland High School. She was an avid Avon enthusiast, a former member of several bowling leagues over the years, she enjoyed crocheting, and perfected the art of sewing. Wynona can be credited for designing and making the clothing for her family, as well as their friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 25th from 10-11 am followed by funeral services at 11:00 am at Lohman Funeral Home; 1423 Bellevue Ave., Daytona Beach. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park.
Wynona is survived by her children, Ellie Henson (Jeanette) Larrimore, Orlando, Bonnie Wynona Larrimore, Ormond Beach, Shelley (Roger) Friese, Naples, Rodney Dale (Bonnie) Larrimore, Port Orange, and Jeffrey Brad Larrimore, Holly Hill, by her sister, Althea Carter, S. Daytona, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grand-children and a great-great-grandchild. Wynona was preceded in death by her husband, Ellie Henson "Monk" Larrimore, by her sons, Dennis Lee and Jim Randall Larrimore, her siblings, William Canine, Flora Sholz, and her twin, Wanda Tebbe, as well as two grandchildren and a great-grand-child.
