WILLIAM "BILLY" TOBIN

September 13, 1950 - January 16, 2018

William "Billy" Tobin, 67 of Port Orange, FL and formerly of Pine Bush, NY, passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 16, 2018.

He was born on September 13, 1950 in Middletown, NY to John and Helen (Dunn) Tobin.

Billy worked for Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center as a Security Hospital Treatment Assistant for 25+ years. He will be remembered by those who knew him for his love of sports, NASCAR and horse racing but mostly for being a devoted father, grandfather and friend.

Billy is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Tobin) Forseth of Coconut Creek, FL; grandchildren: Alexandria Forseth and her fiance, Rex Mudler, Denim Forseth and Layla Forseth; brother and sister-in-law, John and Ann Tobin, sister, Julia Altiro, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, a private burial will be held with family members.
