William "Bill" Ruscetti Sr. of Palm Coast passed away peacefully on September 25th, 2023 at the age of 93. He was born on August 14, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Phillip and the late Maria (Vasta) Ruscetti.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years Patricia J. (Galanos) Ruscetti. As well as his loving children Annamaria (David) Beasanski, William Jr. (Denise) Ruscetti, Kristina (Joseph) Bonanno, grandchildren Christopher Fulco, Brittany Reichl, Angela Ruscetti, Anthony Ruscetti, Jennifer Ruscetti, great-grandchildren Brayden DePotter, Mason Fulco, Colton Dobes. Dear brother of the late Joseph (late Dorothy) Ruscetti, the late Antoinette (late Earl) Doyle, the late Americo (Doris) Ruscetti, the late Armando(late Rachael) Ruscetti, the late Phillip (late Evelyn) Ruscetti. Loved by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant Demolition Specialist in WWII and the Korean War. He married the love of his life Patrica J (Galanos) Ruscetti on June 25th, 1955. Bill worked for the railroad for 40 years and served as a Captain on the Berkeley Fire Department.
Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was known for his caring and generous ways. His home was always open and welcoming to all. He loved to cook and tell stories from the old days. Bill was a mentor and a friend to many his legacy will live on through the memories.
