William "Bill" L. Ross, 57 of Ormond By-The-Sea, FL passed suddenly on October 23, 2013 in his home and reunited with his father in heaven.

Bill was born September 1, 1956 at Eglin Air Force Base in Okaloosa County, FL to Raymond and JoAnn (Westfall) Ross. Bill was a gifted carpenter, enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with his family and friends.

William will be lovingly remembered by his children, Heather Ross, Ormond Beach, Bill Ross, Allentown, PA and Taylor Ross, Japan, by his mother, JoAnn Ross, Holly Hill, FL, his siblings, Rene (Nick) Ross, Ormond Beach, Rick (Michelle) Ross, Daytona Beach, Robert Ross, Holly Hill, Tom (Frankie) Ross, Jacksonville, FL, Gary Ross, Ormond Beach, Teresa Ross, Daytona Beach, and Ron (Stephanie) Ross Holly Hill. William was the grandfather to Julia Schaffer and will be lovingly missed by his companion of thirteen years, Amy Bennett. He was also an uncle to many nieces and nephews, Mike, Randy, Kaila, Jade, Eric, Chris, Matthew and Bobby.
