William Polacek's Obituary
Mr. William Polacek age 88 passed away on July 21 2003 in Florida. He worked in the machine shop for Owens Corning in Summit Illinois for over 45 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Amelia; and his son William Charles Polacek.
Survivors include his daughter Geraldine Harper of Ormond Beach Florida; a sister Irene Gaydos of Chicago Illinois; four grandchildren: Laura Herbert Sara Polacek Andrew Polacek and Dolores Harper; and one great-grandchild Richard Sharpe.
