William A. Neese devoted husband and father passed away in port at the conclusion of a transatlantic cruise on October 16 2010. A celebration of William's life will be held at Spruce Creek Fly-In flight-line at ""The Tree"" on Tuesday October 19th at 3:00 p.m. A decorated military veteran he served in the U.S. Air Force for 25 years. Bill followed his love of aviation to a 26 year career teaching at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University upon military retirement. Bill and his wife Leslie shared a passion for travel having enjoyed several dozen cruises and tours throughout the world including an around-the-world cruise on the QE-2. Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years three adult children six grandchildren and great-grandson. In lieu of flowers the family requests Memorial Donations to ""Journey's End"" shelter. William will be very missed by all who were blessed to know him.
