William C Miesner, Sr., 82, of DeLand went and joined his wife of 62 years, Margaret Miesner on February 7, 2020. He was born February 10, 1937 in Buck Brook, NY, the son of the late Thornton and Alice Miesner.

Mr. Miesner was a US Marine Veteran and worked for the Ford Motor Company before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, golf and playing with the grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, William Miesner, Jr, his daughter's, Ilene Miesner and Catherine Simplot (Nick), his grandchildren, William Donato, Meagan Simplot and Colson Simplot, his brothers, Harry, Ronnie, Bobby and Coleman Miesner and his sisters, Sandra Krenner and Joan Schwicart.

The family will receive friends Friday February 14, 2020 at Lohman Funeral Home, 935 E. New York Ave. DeLand, FL from 12:00-2:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM in the chapel.
