William E Kemper III passed away on August 25 2010. A Memorial Service in his honor will be held Saturday evening August 28th 2010 at 7 pm at the Covenant United Methodist Church 3701 Clyde Morris Blvd Port Orange. The Reverend's Paul Pollock and Jean Hall Dodd will officiate. Those who are left to cherish his memory are one daughter Corrin Fielding Kemper; mother Marilyn Hubert Kemper; and father William E Kemper Jr.; and one brother Thomas Garrett Kemper (wife Laura Leigh Kemper); as well as friends and other family members. Will was a resident of Daytona Beach. Will was preceded in death by his loving grandparents O.C. and Ruth Hubert and Ed and Kitty Kemper.
