Memorial service for Mr. William Hawkins 72 of LaColina in Edgewater will be at 3:00 PM on Monday January 16 in the chapel of the Lohman Ormond Funeral Home . His family will receive friends from 2:00 PM till time of service. Mr. Hawkins passed away Saturday January 15th at Bert Fish medical Center in New Smyrna Beach. Born in Greenfield Mass. he was a resident of this area since 1980. He was a Air Force veteran serving 4 years in Germany during the Korean War. He was the retired owner of ?B&B? wholesale in Port Orange. William love reading fishing and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his wife of almost 50 years Barbara and their 4 children: Douglas of York Maine Daniel of Cape Cod Mass. William Scott of Ormond Beach and Diane Cox of Hendersonville NC. Also surviving are 2 brothers Robert of Hadley Mass and Richard of Greenfield Mass and 1 sister Phyllis Kibbitt of California. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
