William "Bill" McKinstrie, 71 of Deltona, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side Friday, March 24, 2017. He was born on February 2, 1946 in Newburgh, NY to William and Anna McKinstrie. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Carol McKinstrie; 3 sons Scott (Roz), Todd (Jenn) and Nicholas McKinstrie; 5 grand daughters and 4 grandsons.
