William H. Craig Jr. age 77 of Daytona Beach passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday May 28 2009. A private service in his honor will be held at Florida National Cemetery Jacksonville FL

"Bill" was born in Pittsburg Pennsylvania to William Sr. and Dolores Craig. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War and recipient of the Purple Heart Medal. He dedicated his talents as a welder and truck driver for the manufacturing industry and retired to Dayton Beach in 1990.

Bill enjoyed watching all sports especially NASCAR and the Orlando Magic. He loved to spend time with his family and was a devoted husband father grandfather and great grandfather.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 45 years Mary Craig 7 children Scott (Stephanie) Cheryl (Andy) Aaron (Darla) Jeff (Christine) Jeanette (Billy) Kenny (Iva) and Deanna 12 grandchildren: Lynn Lee Annie Jessie Tony Justin Shawna Devin Savana Hunter and Holden 3 great grandchildren and many loving family and friends.

His daughter Karen preceded him in death in 1986.
