William "Billy" Chance, Jr. 54, of South Daytona, FL passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Stuart F. Meyers Hospice.

He was born February 13, 1963 in New Britain, CT. to Aline (Nadeau) and William Chance, Sr.

William was a postal mail carrier for many years in Virginia., he enjoyed being with family and friends and caring for animals. Billy was also devoted to helping the homeless.

He is survived by his mother Aline Chance-Mollenkoff and her husband Samuel Mollenkoff, Ormond Beach, his father William Chance, Sr. and his wife Peggy of Virginia, by two daughters, Ashley Chance of Las Vegas and Celeste Chance of Virginia by a brother Daniel "Danny Chance and two sisters, Karen and Michele Chance all of Virginia, by several nieces and nephews as well as his ex-wife and friend, Dessire Geniesse of Virginia.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Dec. 15 ^th at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church; 1014 N Halifax Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118.
