William Butler of Palm Coast FL, passed away September 18, 2023 peacefully. Beloved husband of Rueshalle R. Butler (nee Poppenger) and loving father of  Lindell Butler and Deidre Butler-Dockery.  He was a proud Army veteran, earning the Army Service Ribbon, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon, Vietnam Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam Service Medal with Bronze Star.  A Celebration of Life will be held at noon Sunday Oct 1 at New Found Favor ministry at the African American Culture Society 4422 N.
