William A. Burrows "RED" 81 went home to be with the Lord Sept 1 2010 surrounded by his loving family. Born 12/28/1928 in Natchez MS he was the son of George and Lois Burrows. He joined the U.S. Army in 1949 where he served in the Korean War and was honorably discharged as a Staff SGT. He was employed by Florida Power & Light for 30 years during that time he also served as a volunteer firefighter. In his leisure time Bill enjoyed traveling throughout the United States spending time with family listening to country music and playing the piano and guitar. He was a faithful member of Westside Baptist Church. He leaves behind to cherish his memory: His beloved wife of 60 years Mary Ann Burrows; 3 sons and their wives; William & Pamela Burrows David & Carol Burrows Donald & Kathleen Burrows; 1 brother Robert & Darlene Burrows; 2 sisters Peggy Burton and "Franny" Hernandez; Grandchildren Theresa & Lee Ben & Lauren Arron & Shannon Woody Ashley Lindsay Tanesha Terry Sherry Lisa and 7- Great-grandchildren.
