A Celebration of Life for William H. Bell 70 who passed away unexpectedly on March 25 2009 at the Health Center of Daytona Beach will be held on Tuesday March 31 2009 at the Lohman Funeral Home Ormond Chapel 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach FL. The family will be receiving friends at 5:30pm with a service to follow at 600pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice. Bill was born in Philadelphia and moved here from West Chester PA in 1993. His ministries in life were to education where he served as a teacher and administrator; to church where he served on committees (local and district) taught Sunday School Youth Fellowship and founded the WEB Coffee Cafe for mentally impaired teens and a after school program; his love of flowers that he planted was for the neighborhood. He loved traveling the world. He loved trolleys and trains and belonged to the local ERCF Central Division CERA and LRTA. He was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church and its choir. He is survived by Kay his wife of 38 years; his brother Robert A. Bell of Wilmington DE; his nephew: David Bell and his wife Denise; his sister in-law Janet & Robert Powlus of VT Nephew Lee and his wife Allyson and children; his niece Jill Rainville and her husband Mike and children; and nephew Jeff Powlus and his wife Peggy; sister n law Linda Armstrong and nephew David and Nathan of PA and many cousins.
