Whitten Smith Graves age 70 of Crescent City FL passed away after a long illness on Thursday January 12 2012. A memorial service in his honor will be held Mon. January 16th at 11:00 AM; First Baptist Church Pomona Park 112 Holly Ave. Pomona Pk FL. Whitten was born in Birmingham Alabama to Harvie and Ottis Graves. He was a proud US Army Veteran member of the Crescent City Moose Club The American Legion and First Baptist Church-Pomona Park who dedicated his talents as a Forensic Technologist for the Florida Depart of Law Enforcement. He was a fun loving jovial gentleman who loved children spending time with his family and friends and the mountains of Germany. His parents 2 siblings; Kay Hancock and William Graves and his wife; Peggy Graves preceded him in death and he leaves behind: 4 children; Evelyn Graves-O'Donald Richard Graves David (Christa) Graves and Thomas (Tanya) Graves 2 sisters; Wilda (Robert "Bear") Brown and Marion Allan and 6 grandchildren.
