Wayne E. Morris Sr. 78 of S. Daytona Beach FL passed away Saturday Sept. 10 at Halifax Hospital. The family will receive friends on Tuesday Sept. 13th between the hours of 3-7 pm at Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday the 14th at 9:00 am at the Basilica of St. Paul Catholic Church 817 Mullally St. Daytona Beach. Wayne was a retired Appliance Repairman as resident of S. Daytona since 1971 a Korean War Veteran who received the Korean Service Ribbon w/two Bronze Stars the National Defense Service medal and a United National Service Medal. He was a gifted art painter and enjoyed playing the organ and singing at The Basilica of St. Paul's. He is survived by his wife of 56 years with Carol Morris his daughters Teresa Wilson and Diane Morris his son Wayne Morris Jr. and David Morris by his grandchildren Kenneth Wilson Christina David and Jennifer Wilson as well as eleven great-grandchildren. He was a loving husband father and grandfather; he was greatly loved and will be truly missed. We love you with all of our hearts.
