Obituary

Mr. Wayne N. Billups II was born in Fort Rucker Al and grew up in the county he loved, Volusia. Wayne was such a determined man in life, at the age of 12 he started his own lawn service. Wayne started his passion for sports at an early age. He played pop warner football, high school football, track, basketball and later became a (riple Threat) in academics which earned him a spot in the Hall Of Fame at Pine Ridge H.S.

With an optimistic attitude, Wayne traveled the country where he later received his A.A degree from Rock Valley college and Received his Bachelor Degree from Central Methodist University.After graduation he came back home to Deltona to the love of his life since the 5th grade Angelica MariaGuillen-Billups. He built his career and life around helping people and his passion was working with the mentally disabled. He was a Role model and excellent example of pay it forward. He did charitable work at Good Shepard Lutheran Church.

He was a BLESSING to all. He was well known for his BEAUTIFUL smile, and give it to you 100 attitude and sense of humor. In his spare time he enjoyed playing chess and listening to music while being a life coach. His loyalty knew No bounds. In his short but full life he was loved by young and old. His strength and courage and unyielding faith in GOD was evident in how he lived his life, always trusting in his GOD and that he would guide him in doing the next right thing, never giving up and as he always said "Carpe Diem" seize the day!!

Wayne leaves to mourn Gloria & Moses parents,(Fl) Wayne N. Billups & Tracy (Wisconsin) Grace L. Johnson grandmother ( deland), 3 brothers Christopher L. Billups, Michael Gillis, Levi Billups : 2 Sisters Cece Gillis ( Fl) Jayla Billups (Wi) Mother and Father in law Jose and Wilma Guillen (deltona) a Loving wife Angelica Guillen (deltona) His co-parents John & Gladys Rosario and family. his two dogs samie and snoopy and a host of family and friends Wayne is now joined by James Taylor (grandfather) and Johnnie Johnson Sr. Grandfather.
