Watkin J. Dando III (Judd), 63, of Ormond Beach Florida lost his battle with cancer and passed away peacefully on April 24, 2021 8:26am at Halifax Hospice Ormond surrounded by his family.

He was born September 27, 1957 at Halifax Hospital Daytona to his loving parents Watkin J. Dando II and Jane Gould. He was a graduate of Seabreeze High School and received his Bachelor of Sciences from UCF in Criminal Justice.

A dedicated state employee, he served for decades at the Bureau of Investigation, Division of Insurance Agent & Agency Services with his career culminating with a position as a Regional Administrator.

Judd was first and foremost a family man who always put his family ahead of anything. He enjoyed boating, Nascar and taking walks with his beloved dogs. Judd was a simple man who was always there to warm the hearts of his family and friends.

Survivors include his bride of 36 amazing years, Dianne Dando of Ormond Beach, his children Jennifer Dando of Ormond Beach, Sasha Dando of Chicago, Illinois and her partner Daniel Simone of Chicago, Illinois and his beloved pets. He is also survived by his Dando cousins and his Bowen in-laws.

He was preceded in death by his parents Watkin J. Dando II and Jane Gould.

A remembrance will be celebrated on Friday April 30 ^th , 2021 with visiting hours from 5-7:30 pm at Lohman Funeral Home in Ormond Beach, with a service at 5:30 pm. All are welcome to celebrate the life of this amazing man, who will be dearly missed.
