Ehrlich Warren D. passed away on September 14 2011. A visitation for family and friends will be held Monday September 19 from 5:00pm -7:00pm at the Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday September 20 at 11:00am at the Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange; the funeral service will be immediately followed by a burial at Daytona Memorial Park. Warren was born August 4 1932 to J. Lester and Rhoda Ehrlich of South Orange New Jersey. He attended schools in South Orange New Jersey and college in Massachusetts. For years he was the proprietor of a stationary business in Perth Amboy New Jersey prior to retiring to Florida. Warren suffered from Muscular Dystrophy and was a strong supporter for the rights of the handicapped. Despite the Muscular Dystrophy he was an avid sports enthusiast. Warren derived a great deal of joy from his family especially grandchildren and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Jean his devoted children: son Ronald Ehrlich of Tucson Arizona; daughter Virginia Plichik (Michael) of New Jersey; his brother Kenneth Ehrlich of Pennsylvania; brother-in-law Victor Altamore of Daytona Beach; sister-in-law Lori Brund(Louis) of Salem Massachusetts; 4 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
