Wanda E. Williams 47 devoted mother and long-time resident of New Smyrna Beach Fl passed away on February 20 2010 after a short battle with cancer. She was born on February 16 1963 in St. Augustine FL. Shortly after her birth her family relocated to Oak Hill FL. where she graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School in 1981. She later went on to work for Boston Whaler Mfg. in Edgewater for several years but spent most of her life dedicated to raising her children. She enjoyed fishing and music but especially loved to dance; one of her and her brother's greatest memories was being taught to dance by their mom who has since passed away. Wanda was firm in her convictions and generous in all senses; she would never turn down an opportunity to help someone in need. Her greatest passion was her family and she strived to be the best mother she could be. She will be truly missed by all who had the opportunity to know her. Left to cherish her memory are her sons William Ficklin of New Jersey and Loman E. Williams III of Oak Hill FL; brothers Dale Edwards and his wife Sonny of Oak Hill FL Lowell Edwards Jr. Merriel (M.J.) Pacetti and his wife Cheryl Sherman "Dinky" Pacetti and his wife Leila "Sissy" all of St. Augustine FL; grandson Malakai Ficklin of New Jersey; nine nieces and nephews and fianc` Jon (Tony) Wheeler of New Smyrna Beach and many good friends. She was predeceased by her parents Lowell and Nettie Edwards of Oak Hill FL.
