Walter P. Barratt 84 of Holly Hill Fl. Passed away on March 3rd.Born in Gloucester Mass. On August 11 1924 to Walter P. and Annie E. Barratt (Damon). He retired from the USPS as a postal clerk in 1983 and with his wife of 63 years Shirley (Trask) moved to Florida. During WWII he served in the Pacific on the U.S.S. Denver. He loved to play golf and do woodworking. He was a Master Mason St. John's Lodge #2 Middletown Ct. and Past Patron Order of the Eastern Star. Predeceased by his sisters Evelyn Mello Charlotte Barratt Muriel Pino and Gertrude Barratt he is survived by his wife daughters Ann Dwyer (William) Cheshire Ct. Karen Johnson (Henry) Wilmington N.C. son Robert Barratt (Carmela) Middletown Ct. four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
