Virginia R. Nunn 89 of Deland peacefully went to her heavenly reward on Saturday August 27 2011. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday Sept. 2 2011; 10:00 AM at St. Peter Catholic Church 359 W. New York Ave. Deland. Visitation will take place on Thursday 5-7 PM at the Deland Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Homes.

Virginia was born in Louisville Kentucky to Ernest and Virginia Robinson. She was a member of a rare breed: adventurous intelligent humble loyal generous and faith filled. She traveled in many circles and various places including the Washington political arena and her Kentucky farm. She was a devoted member of St. Peter Catholic Church and Graduate of Georgetown University.
Her late husbands Al Ballinger and Lee Nunn and four brothers preceded her in death and she is survived by her sister Alice and Alice's husband Richard Flanigan 14 nieces and nephews and many many great nieces and nephews.
