Vincent Joseph Del Pezzo, 85, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away on February 23, 2022 after a long illness.  Vincent was born on November 24, 1936 to Leonilda (Manzi) and Vincent Del Pezzo in Yonkers, New York.  After Vincent graduated from Saunders High School in 1954, he enlisted in the United States Navy and spent several years on the USS Great Sitkin, an ammunition ship.  After his enlistment ended, he became a diesel mechanic in Yonkers, New York.  Following that, he joined AT&T as an installer; kickstarting a 38 year career in the telecommunications industry.  He retired from Verizon Corporation in 2001.

In 1962, Vincent met Margaret Sheridan, the love of his life, in Yonkers, NY.  They went on to have three children, Richard, Vincent and Daniel.  They were married for 57 years.  In 2001, Vincent and Margaret retired to Florida and spent their time traveling and going to the beach.

Vincent was predeceased by his beloved wife, Margaret;  two sisters, Eva and Rose and his brother, Michael.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lohman Funeral Home- Ormond.  Condolences and memories for the family are welcomed and appreciated.
