Victoria Perez a twenty-plus year resident of Deltona Florida died Tuesday January 17 2012 at the age of eighty-four. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday January 19 2012 at 5:00-8:00 PM at Lohman Funeral Home Deltona located at 1681 Providence Blvd Deltona FL 32725. Funeral service will be held on Friday January 20 2012 at 11:00 AM also at Lohman Funeral Home Deltona followed by interment at Deltona Memorial Gardens located at 1295 Saxon Blvd Orange City FL 32763. Victoria was born in Rincon Puerto Rico on March 25 1927. She was preceded in death by her husband Jose Perez. She is survived by her stepbrother Luis Sanchez six children; Jose A Perez Ana Lydia Perez Virgilio Perez Evelyn Perez Eduardo Perez Diana Perez along with fifteen grandchildren twenty-seven great-grand children and three great-great grandchildren. Victoria worked as a seamstress in the New York City garment industry. She was a member of the Catholic community and regularly attended both St. Clare and Lady of the Lakes Catholic Churches in Deltona. Victoria loved cooking and looking after her six children grandchildren and great grand children. She dedicated her life to her family and was respected and loved by all. She will be greatly missed.
