Victor Manuel Santiago-Lopez, 86, of Deltona, Florida, passed away on August 22, 2025. He was born on April 12, 1939, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Candido Santiago and Cruz Lopez.

Victor spent much of his life in New York, where he worked as a paralegal. Outside of his profession, he had a great love for opera singing, traveling, and sharing time with family and friends. With his sweet and easygoing nature, Victor had a gift for making friends wherever he went. He will be remembered most for his big heart, warm spirit, and the kindness he extended to others.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Candido Santiago and Cruz Lopez, and his brother, Valentin Gonzalez-Lopez.

Victor is survived by his brother, Emilio Santiago-Lopez; his sister, Antonia Santiago-Lopez; and his nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to honor Victor's life will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Lohman Funeral Home – Deltona.
