Vicci L. DeLong, 57 of Daytona Beach, passed away on May, 24 2013. A memorial service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church in Hollywood, Florida, at a later date.

Vicci was born on July 3, 1955 in Peoria, Illinois to Robert and Glenna Rule.Vicci and her family moved to Daytona Beach from St. Louis, Missouri, in 2006. Vicci worked for several years in Hollywood, Florida, as an LPN.

She is preceded in death by her father Robert Rule. Survivors include her husband Michael DeLong; children Shannon Collins Joshua DeLong; mother Glenna Rule; brother Gary Rule; grandchildren Liam Riddle and Skyler Grant; nephew Joseph Rule; many extended family members.
