Vera Mae Brandinburg 98 of Port Orange passed away on Sunday December 14 2008. Her family will be receiving friends at the Baggett-Summers Funeral Home 736 S. Beach Street Daytona Beach on Wednesday December 17 2008 from 2 pm until 4 pm. Further services will be held in Noblesville IN. She was born in Noblesville on January 16 1910 to Carah and Kate Scearce. She attended Hanover College in Madison IN. and was a Alpha Delta Pi sorority member. Vera was also a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Daytona Beach Shores. She is preceded in death by her husband Lowell Brandinburg. Survivors include her daughter Kay Jarrell; and her grand-daughter Katelyn Mae Jarrell both of Daytona Beach Shores. Condolences may be shared with the family online at www.lohmanfuneralhomes.com.
