Velma Rose Bostic, born August 17, 1931, passed away on August 28, 2026.

Velma will be remembered most for the love she gave to her family and for the steady support she offered through every stage of their lives. She took great joy in cheering on those she loved in all of their activities, and that devotion was a defining part of who she was. She was also an avid collector of dolls, toys, and vintage glassware, finding pleasure in the beauty, charm, and memories they carried. Along with her family, her beloved fur babies, Alexander, Boomer, and Tiffany, held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Bostic, and by her sons, Dennis Lynn (IIa) and Stephen Douglas Bostic.

Velma’s memory will be cherished by her son, Don (Kim); by her granddaughter, Alexis (Cole); and by her great-grandchildren, Brittany (Derrick), and great grandson, Noah. The love she shared with her family will remain a lasting gift, carried forward in the lives of those who knew her best.

Velma Rose Bostic leaves behind a legacy of family devotion, warm encouragement, and the simple joys she treasured throughout her life. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
