Travis Andrew Dale age 19 of Crescent City Florida passed away in his home surrounded by those he loved on Tuesday December 13 2011. A 12:00 pm viewing until a 1:30 pm mass will be held on Friday December 16 2011 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Crescent City followed by an interment at Dawn Cemetery. A 6-10pm visitation will be held Thursday 12/15 at the Deland Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Homes with a 7:30 vigil service. In honor of Travis the family request "Sponge Bob" attire. Travis was born in St. Mary's GA he was a proud graduate of Crescent City High School and member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He was a quiet determined young man who enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his siblings. His mother Selena Bueno preceded him in death and he leaves behind his father and Step Mother Noe and Anabel Bueno 2 brothers Noel Bueno and Francisco Gallardo 3 sisters Demetria Reina and Jessica Bueno his grandmother Vera Prevatt a great grandmother Wannell Alt and several loving extended family.
