Timothy N. ""Tim"" Mote age 33 of Port Orange passed away at home on Friday February 24th 2012. A "Celebration of Life" will be held at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona 1423 Bellevue Avenue on Saturday March 3rd 2012. The family will receive guests one hour prior to the service. Following the service at the Funeral Home the family will be gathering on the beach near the Sun Glow Pier to share stories. Tim was born on October 14th 1978 in Huntsville Alabama and was a graduate of Spruce Creek High. He was a skilled carpenter by trade and loved basketball fishing and the San Francisco 49'ers! Tim was a loving husband father and friend who will be greatly missed by many. He is survived by his loving wife Erica; and his two children Lana and Collin; as well as his parents Micki & Bobby Mote; brother Mike; and sister Robbie (all of Port Orange) sister in law Caryn and her husband Kevin Davis mother and father-in-law Gail and John Burton nephew Liam Mote and nieces Alexa and Kailey Davis .A Trust Fund has been arranged through Wells Fargo Bank entitled: Lana & Collin Mote Donation Fund. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona.
