Thomas I. McDonough age 81 was born December 19 1929 in Fairmont WV to John I. McDonough and Anna R. Houck. There will be a funeral mass on Wednesday August 31 2011 10am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church The visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-7pm at the LOHMAN FUNERAL HOME IN DAYTONA. Burial will be at Daytona Memorial Park. He passed away peacefully August 25 2011. He was a strong man and took great pride in everything he did. He owned a Union 76 gas station. After selling the gas station he purchased Volusia Feed and Farm Supply in Samsula FL. He spent his much deserved retirement tending to beautiful roses and working in the garden center at Wal-mart. He was preceded in death by brothers; John R. McDonough and James H. McDonough sister; Mary L. McDonough-Burns and son; John "Jay" I. McDonough II. He is survived by his loving wife Beverly W. McDonough brother Joseph P. McDonough son Thomas R. McDonough daughter Carol J. McDonough-Stair step-daughter Wendy Eames and step-son Ric Parrish daughter-in-law Judy A. McDonough grandchildren; Darrell McDonough Jennifer Stair-Stickle Christine Stair-Barnette Travis McDonough and step-grandson Tim Stair and great-grandchildren; Payton Stickle and Tyler Barnette as well as many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the direct supervision of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona.
