Thomas Copeland Lunt 72 passed away Wednesday May 20 2009 at Halifax Medical Center. A graveside service is scheduled for Friday May 29th 2009 at 2:00 pm at Daytona Memorial Park.
Thomas was born January 14 1937 in Rochester NY and moved with his family to Daytona Beach in 1959. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy a pastor and evangelist. He also worked in insurance and real estate sales.
After suffering a stroke some years ago Tom became a resident of Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Since his stroke his main enjoyment was attending church services and seeing his family.
He is survived by his wife Debra sons Stephen and Jason stepsons Christopher Theron and Eric Greer; Four grandchildren: Elijah Hannah Jordan and Nicholas Lunt and one great-grandson Ayden Wolf Lunt. Tom is also survived by two brothers James and Gary Lunt two sisters Jeannette Bullion and Nancy Lawman and many nieces and nephews.
