Theresa Jaqueline Mullins of Daytona Beach, FL passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026 after a long and hard-fought battle with cancer at the age of 61. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 11, 1965. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Biagio and Lena Anetrella along with other significant relatives including her birth parents and siblings. She is survived by her husband Russell Leon Mullins; her children Lena (Tyler) Dimit, Joseph (Devan) Anetrella, Russell (Mason) Drajer-Mullins, and Luna Mullins; her grandchildren whom she loved and adored Katana, Leo, Dante, Dawson, and Phoenix; and her sisters Clara Varricchio and Rachel Callan.

Theresa’s passions included spending time with her grandchildren, reading, Harry Potter, true crime, and the beach. She spent her early years as a licensed beautician and later worked as an assistant manager for Family Dollar. Her strong, stubborn, loyal, and fierce spirit will continue to guide her family and loved ones and will be remembered fondly by all those she touched. She will be deeply missed by her family who find peace in knowing her earthly body is no longer in pain, and her suffering has ended as she rests in her heavenly home with God.

A viewing and visitation with the family will be held at Lohman Funeral Home in Daytona Beach on Sunday, July 12 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Daytona Beach on Monday, July 13 at 10:00 a.m. with entombment to follow at Daytona Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you remember Theresa with a donation to Halifax Health Hospice who provided care to Theresa in her final weeks.
