Theresa Fonte 78 of Palm Coast FL. passed away September 14 2011 at her home. Visitation will be Monday September 19 2011 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm at The Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW Palm Coast FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday September 20 2011 at 11 am at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 4600 Belle Terre Pkwy Palm Coast; FL. Theresa was born and raised in Huntington Station NY. She attended and graduated from South Huntington High School. After Theresa raised her family she attended and graduated from Suffolk County Community College in 1984 with her RN licensee at the age of 50. She then worked in Huntington Hospital until her retirement in 1993. In 1997 Theresa moved with her husband Frank to Palm Coast. They quickly became active members of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Theresa enjoyed her time traveling and her time home cooking sewing and gardening. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents Franz and Helen Lanzer. She is survived by her Beloved husband of 58 years Frank Fonte of Palm Coast Sons Michael Fonte (Karen) of Maplewood NJ Mathew Fonte (Christine) of Briarwood NY Mark Fonte (Gloria) of Encinitas CA Daughters Judith Ann Flammer (James) of Palm Coast Phyllis Downes (Kevin) of Palm Coast Elizabeth Moretti of Palm Coast and Patrice Wolfson (Lee) of Northport NY.
