Theresa English 71 passed away on May 4 2013. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday May 8 2013 at 2:00 P.M at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange 1201 Dunlawton Ave Port Orange FL 32127. The family will accept guests at the funeral home at 1:00 P.M. Theresa was the type of person to put everyone else first and most of all wanted everyone to have a good time. She was a Twig group member in New Jersey that focused on fundraising efforts and providing volunteer service for children's hospitals. Theresa was known for giving gifts to others just because she felt like it. Her and her husband Lynn owned a restaurant named "Hollars" in Clifton New Jersey. Theresa and Lynn decided to take permanent residence in Florida and moved to Port Orange in 1999. Those left to cherish Theresa's memory are her beloved husband of 38 years Lynn English; daughter Stephanie English; step sons Ricky and Darren English; brother Edwin Tompkins; brother-in-law Irving (Pat) English; sister-in-law's Connie Bobbitt and Jackie Davies; step-grandchildren Nicole Allison Jamie Jason and many nieces and nephews. Theresa is now at peace with her brothers Stanley and Russell Tompkins. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Theresa's name to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis TN 38105.
