A memorial service for Theodore "Ted" W. Garrison Jr; who entered eternal life on Friday January 18 2008 at his residence will be held at 12noon on Friday January 25 2008 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach FL 32174 with family receiving friends from 11:00 am to 12noon. He was born on May 25 1922 to Theodore & Elsie Garrison of Irvington NJ and he was formerly of Berlin NJ & New Providence NJ. He graduated from Irvington H.S. and spent 44 years at Weston Instruments retiring in 1982 as a General Manager. On May 13 1944 he married the love of his life Marita Carlson who preceded him in death in 1983. He was an avid bowler golfer and baseball fan. He moved to Ormond Beach in2000. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Ted & Bonda Garrison of Ormond Beach; granddaughter Shannon Ambrogne and her husband John of Orlando; grandson Theodore W. Garrison IV of Ashland OR; brothers: Ed Stiffler (Ginny) of Cape May NJ & Harold Garrison (Nancy) of Stanhope NJ; sisters: Doris Olsen (Edward) of Dunnellon FL & Evelyn Mooney of Belleview FL along with nieces and nephews. His brother Cliff Garrison and a granddaughter Gretchen Garrison preceded him in death.
