In Loving Memory of Thelma L. Paesch

The family of Thelma L. Paesch is deeply saddened to announce her passing on July 6, 2026, at the age of 76.

Born on May 12, 1950, Thelma lived a life filled with love, laughter, generosity, and compassion. She had a special gift for bringing joy to those around her and was known for her warm heart and caring spirit. Her deep love for animals reflected the kindness she showed to family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Thelma enjoyed life's simple pleasures and cherished the hobbies and interests that brought her happiness. She was an avid NASCAR fan and rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on her favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens. She also loved reading, crafting, and creating meaningful memories during vacations to two of her favorite destinations, Biloxi, Mississippi, and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Above all, Thelma treasured the time she spent with her family. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her devoted husband of 42 years, William Paesch; her daughter, Cheryl Russell; and her son-in-law, Matthew Russell. Her love, wisdom, and unwavering support will remain in their hearts forever.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Lohman Cremation & Funeral Home and Halifax Health Hospice Center for the exceptional care, comfort, and support they provided during this difficult time.

Though Thelma is no longer with us, her memory will live on through the countless lives she touched with her kindness, humor, and love. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will be treasured by all who knew her.
