Teresa Lee McCann

June 2, 1959 - December 29,2022

A celebration of life in honor of Teresa will be held at the Sugar Mill Gardens, 950 Old Sugar Mill Rd., Port Orange on January 21, 2023 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the gazebo.

Teresa was born in Missouri and moved to Port Orange, FL from Poughkeepsie, New York in 1994. She worked for Dunkin for over twenty years where she met many wonderful people, including her fiance, Michael.

She was heavily involved with the local rock painting groups and touched so many lives with her kindness and generosity. She looked forward to going out several times a week to feed the stray cats that live at Ormond Memorial Gardens. Seven days a week, rain or shine, she would walk at her "second home" in the Sugar Mill Gardens in Port Orange.

Teresa is preceded in death by her father, Howard L. McCann; mother, Margaret E. McCann; and brother Robert L. McCann. She is survived by her daughter, Tabbatha A. Currier; son, Justin M. Currier; fiance, Michael J. Yanko, all of Port Orange, FL; her brother, Howard L. McCann of New York; sister, Mary F. McCann of IL; sister Darlene F. Morano and her husband Stephen Morano of New York; brother, James F. McCann and his wife Megan McCann of Il; niece, Kristen R. McCann and her husband Marco Dyer and son Leland of Iowa.
