HERRING Tate O'Connell "T.O."
Tate O'Connell Herring 84 of Holly Hill passed away on Saturday May 10 2008. Graveside Services will be held at Volusia Memorial Park at 12:30 pm on Tuesday May 13 2008 with chaplain Jim Smith officiating. T.O. was born in Dunn N.C. on October 12 1923 and he was Baptist he moved here in 1964 from his native North Carolina. He was a retired auto body technician and an avid bass fisherman. T.O. was a loving and devoted husband and father he is survived by his wife of 64 years Mabel B. Herring of Holly Hill daughters Sylvia A. Mann (Lamar) of Ormond Beach and Donna Rose Rucker (Stephen) of Lamont FL also 3 grandchildren Heather Iannarelli (Jeremy) Phillip Tate Rucker (Jessica) Charles J. Rucker and 4 great-grandchildren.
