Tanya Lu Duncan age 74 of Port Orange passed away Wednesday June 29 2011. Loving mother of Scott Duncan and Paige Ostrander. Tanya was also a proud grandmother of six and great grandmother of one.

Tanya was born on August 8 1936 in Bellevue Ohio. Tanya relocated to Port Orange Florida in 1976 in order to care for an aging mother. She earned the title of Charge Nurse where she cared for patients in the ICU at Halifax Hospital of Port Orange for over 25 years.

She was a proud member of Spruce Creek Baptist Church and The Red Hat Society. Tanya also devoted her time with "Meals on Wheels" of Port Orange Fl.
Tanya leaves behind her two brothers Scott and Jack Ransom and her sister Cinda Bartlett. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to counseling on aging "Meals on Wheels" of Port Orange FL.

A memorial gathering will be held on July 6 2011 at 4:00 P.M at the Countryside Clubhouse off of village trail in Port Orange
