Suzanne Carol Carter, 76, of Daytona Beach, while surrounded by her family went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 19th, 2016. She was the Daughter of the late Suzanne Hall and Albert Hall of Springfield, Virginia. She was born June 28th, 1939 in Washington, DC and moved to Springfield at age 13 where she attended Mount Vernon High School and met, then later married, her high school sweetheart, William Carter. They moved to Fairfax County, Virginia where they raised three children and enjoyed spoiling five grandchildren. They were blessed with 60 beautiful years together and she enjoyed their retirement years in the warmer weather of North Carolina and Daytona Beach. Suzanne was a loving wife, an amazing mother & grandmother, and a blessing to all who knew her.
