Funeral Service for Susan Ann Shook age 45 who passed away June 13 in Mims Florida will be Friday June 18th at 12:00 pm at Ormond Funeral Home Ormond Beach FL.

Family will receive friends on Friday June 18th from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Ormond Funeral Home.

Mrs. Shook was born in Texas to Bob and Christina Stapelton on September 20 1958. She worked at the Holiday Inn in Titusville and was a restaurant manager for Friendly?s in New Smyrna Beach for four years.

She is survived by her two daughters Lisa and Angelia Shook of New Smyrna Beach FL; son Johnny Shook of Titusville FL; two stepsons Billy Shook of Lake Mary FL and Jamie Shook of West Palm Beach FL; parents Bob and Christina Stapelton of Corpus Christy TX; two sisters Mary and Brenda of Texas; two brothers Sonny and Ernie of Texas; and an unborn grandchild and an adopted grandchild Dylan Havey.
