Susan Ruth Adams, 71, a resident of Daytona Beach, passed away on Monday, September 19th. Susan was born in New York City on September 2nd, 1946 to James and Dorothy Edick. She moved to Florida in 1984 from Colorado and was an active member in both the Moose and Eagles Lodges. Susan loved to travel, and especially enjoyed her many cruise vacations and time abroad in Italy, England, and Switzerland. Prior to her retirement, Susan spent many years as the office manager for P&S Paving in Daytona Beach.
Susan was pre- deceased by her parents, but leaves behind many to keep her memory alive: her husband, Richard Adams, sons Brad Steiner and Kevin (Julie)Steiner, both of San Diego, Ca., her step-son, Mark(Shannon) Wooten of Ormond Beach, Fl., six wonderful grandchildren Jake, A.J, Ty, Alexia, Bryce, and Calab, , and her dear friends Pam Bouchard and John Teska. A Funeral Service will be held for Susan at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona on Friday, September 29th at 12:00pm with a visitation beginning one hour prior.
