Stephen Anthony Rizzo

August 9, 1929 ~ July 3, 2022

Stephen Anthony Rizzo, 92, of Port Orange (La Costa Village), Florida passed away on Sunday July 3, 2022 at Halifax Health Hospice Care Center in Port Orange, Florida.  He was born on August 9, 1929 in Poughkeepsie, New York to the late Stephen and Loretta Rizzo.  Stephen began his career on July 2, 1956 with IBM as an Analyst in Poughkeepsie, New York and retired in 1987.  He then moved to Port Orange, Florida (La Costa Village) in 1987 after his retirement.
He was an avid New York Yankee and New York Giants Fan.
Survivors include his Two Sons, Michael (Mary Ann) Rizzo of Moneta, VA and Stephen (Patricia) Rizzo of Port Orange, FL;  Five Grandchildren, Michael Rizzo, Stephen Rizzo, Andrea (David) Diehl, Lauren (Bryan) Shaffer and Daniel Rizzo; and Three Great-Grandchildren, Sofia Rizzo, Nicholas Diehl and Dominic Diehl.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Jessie Rizzo, on February 26, 2019.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00am on Monday July 11, 2022 at Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.
