Mr. Ballard was born July 8 1963 in Pontiac MI to Doren and Wanda Kee Ballard. He moved to Ormond Beach in 1978 from Pontiac MI. He was a graduate of Flagler-Palm Coast High School and attended the University of Florida. Stephen was the owner/operator of Steve Ballard INC. ?Homes & Property in Ormond Beach. He was an active supporter of the Ormond Beach Pop Warner Football Program and an anonymous donator to several organizations. Steve was a dedicated Husband Father Son and Brother. He enjoyed surfing motocross fishing and was a S.C.U.B.A. certified diver.
