Stephanie Meskell, 93, of Holly Hill, was born in Hartford Connecticut in 1920. She passed away peacefully on February 4, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Caroline Wilkos, siblings Joseph, Frank, Ed and Fred and her beloved husband, Richard T. Meskell Sr , who passed away in 1999.

She raised her family in the Meriden Connecticut area before moving to Daytona Beach, Florida in 1975. She worked in banking and retail and was very active in her community and her church, The Basilica of St Paul. She was instrumental in getting the local chapter of Al-Anon started at the City Island Library.

She will be sadly missed by her children: Carolyn Hafner of Ormond Beach, FL., Patricia Archibald of Middletown CT., Richard Meskell, Jr. of Manhasset, NY, and Martin Meskell of Port Washinton, NY and their respective spouses Bruce, Roxanne and Barbara: her loving sister Julia Meskell of Ponte Vedra, FL., her 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
