Obituary

Memorial services for Stanley Lamparski age 84 of Daytona Beach who passed away at Halifax Medical Center on June 2 2005 will be held Sunday at 1 pm on June 5 2005 in the Chapel of Baggett & Summers Funeral Home. Burial will be in his hometown of Wilmington DE.

Stanley was born in Wilmington Delaware on April 28 1921 where he attended St. Thomas. He joined the U.S. Army and proudly served during World War II with the Armored Tank Division in Germany. Stanley participated in the D-Day invasion and the Battle of the Bulge.

Returning home Stanley went to work for Delamore Dairy. In 1964 he started working for Macke Co. retiring in 1989 as a supervisor. After retirement Stanley and his wife Marie moved to South Daytona. He was a member of the VFW Port Orange and Loyal Order of Moose Port Orange and Ormond Beach

Those who will lovingly miss Stanley include three daughters; Christine Donald Irwin of Delaware Diana Taylor of Delaware Anita Frank Snyder of Texas; a son William Jan Taylor of Virginia; two brothers Joseph Lamparski of California and John Lamparski of Virginia; grandsons Jeffrey Christopher Elizabeth Andrew Gary Matthew Scott Ashley; granddaughters Jennifer Michelle Jennifer Snyder Victoria Clint Netterville; great grandsons Dylan and Avery and several neices and nephews.

Stanley was preceded in death by his father John mother Catherine sisters Anne and Helen a brother Edward and his wife Marie M. Lamparski on March 3 1992.

He will be especially missed by his fiance Cheryl Matacle of Port Orange FL.
