Stanley L. Blounts 89 of Ormond Beach died peacefully on September 19 2008 at the Oceanside Hospice located in the Florida Hospital Oceanside. Born on September 13 1918 to Elizabeth and John Blounts he retired from Boeing Aircraft where he worked for over 30 years. After moving to Ormond Beach to care for his father and mother-in-law he enjoyed gardening and taking care of the yard. A devoted husband and father he will be greatly missed by those he left behind. Survivors include his wife Cynthia of Ormond Beach; his sons Dale and Stanley and his daughters Laurene and Pat of Delaware & Pennsylvania.
